I can support you with anything related to building your online presence, from creating clean, user‑friendly websites and capturing photography, to developing your social media skills. Whether you need help shaping your look and feel, improving engagement, or creating social media graphics… I’m here to help with all of it!

I offer guidance and training on all aspects of the bar for yourselves and your teams, ranging from merchandising and perfect serves to cellar management and maintenance.

I am the admin support for all things pub related. Working with area business managers and the wider support team, I maintain accurate records, document management as well as scheduling and communication assistance. Also for our managed properties, I deal with issues relating to both kitchen and bar equipment.

The Customer Contact team can help with anything from placing your beer order, stock and logistics, promotional deals and can point you in the right direction for support, should you require it. I oversee our cask ale category and work closely on our seasonal range of ales, am very passionate about cask ale and even dual present at ‘meet the brewer’ events with one of the brewing team.

Having been in the food industry for almost 25 years, I can help with all things food, including menu writing, formatting and printing, support with recipe costing, food safety issues and support, food safety training, supplier contacts, crockery, disposables and kitchen equipment and food waste reduction.

I will support you through the journey of taking a pub from initial meeting to takeover day. I can advise on your staff recruitment and retention, training and will guide you through the complete process of taking a tenancy. I like to stay in touch and will call into your pub to say hello when I’m in the area.

I can support and advise on anything related to your drinks offer, including – but not limited to – drinks ranging (draught, wine, spirits, softs, everything!), producing drinks menus, pricing, new drinks recipes, and more.

I can help you complete all of the relevant documentation required to take a tenancy with us. This could be for your first pub, your second pub with us or you may refer someone to us and receive a referral bonus (subject to T&Cs).
