TULIP – Thwaites Unique Licensee Induction Programme.
Our TULIP course is a three day course, based at our Head Office in Mellor Brook for those new to tenancies.

TLC – Thwaites Licensee Connection.
Our one day introduction day to Thwaites and key support people.
The TLC day is for experienced operators who have held a recent tenancy with a pub company or brewery.
"The planned investment at the Three Horseshoes gives an exciting opportunity to re-establish as a premium food and drink venue. Thwaites are seeking a new operator who has relevant experience within the hospitality industry, who shares the passion with Thwaites to drive this new contemporary pub while maintaining the authenticity of this historic business."
There are around 1,200 people within a 500m radius of the The Craven Heifer, expanding to around 2,000 people at 2km. There is a distinct bias towards average and high affluence bandings and a slight age bias with towards 45+ years, indicating a traditional pub offer with some premium options to trade up would work well. What is most interesting about Ingleton though is the tourist attraction of Ingleton Falls which attracts nearly 70,000 visitors to the area each year.
