Previously a bar and grill concept, the Griffins Head benefits from a main road location so attracts regular and passing trade. There was a complete refurbishment project in 2016 and standards have been well maintained.
The pub is open plan for dining and drinking serviced by a large bar. This is predominantly a food business which has proved very popular with local customers. There is a good sized car park.
The business offered an American style grill menu which gave something different to the local area and proved to be very successful. There was a variety of drinks including a gin bar and cocktails differentiating the Griffin from surrounding local pubs.
For the Griffin we are looking to partner with an experienced food operator who can run and manage a busy kitchen.
