The Park attracts a wide variety of people including locals and students from the nearby University campus. Due to its great location near Williamson Park, Ashton Memorial and the Butterfly house, the Park is in perfect proximity to appeal to all customers. There is Red Tooth Poker on Mondays, Darts on Tuesdays, Pool and Cash Poker on Wednesdays, Quiz night on Thursdays and Live Entertainment on Fridays. The weekends are extremely popular with the local football teams. Large screens enhance the football atmosphere with games shown on both Sky & BT Sports. With two function rooms, the pub hosts numerous celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, Christenings and funerals. Food is provided for the function room events, for the teams using the pub for their events and for any annual events such as bonfire night.
