Trade at the Swan comes from the local villages and towns. As the pub is located on a main road it also benefits from passing trade. Entertainment is held every Saturday. Functions are held throughout the year for birthdays, funerals, children’s parties and Christenings. Seasonal events such as Bonfire Night and New Years Eve parties prove popular with customers.  Both pool and darts teams make use of the pub regularly. along with local charity groups. Food is served from Wednesday – Sunday from opening until 7pm. Current opening hours are Monday – Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 12pm – 11pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12pm- 11.30pm.
