The interior of the pub is divided into 3 sections served by central bar. There was a complete refurbishment in 2017. There is a fully equipped catering kitchen which offers a menu of pub classics.
The pub is a perfect stop over for a drink or meal. The pub offers live sport and occasional entertainment. On the outskirts of the town, the regular custom comes from local customers.
There is a small outside area to the side of the pub.
