The Royds Arms is a stand alone building just off a main road in Rochdale. On entering the property the bar is located to the right, along with the tap room. On the left is the games room, containing a pool table and darts board, further seating and a log burner.
Externally there is a beer garden at the rear and to the left of the property, along with benches located at the front.
Thwaites will be carrying out a small refurbishment of the trading area and garden.
Trade at The Royds Arms comes from the local area, it’s a community pub which offers regular events such as Karaoke, open the box, play your cards right and bingo. There is a pool table and darts board, live sports has been shown in the past.
