Located next to Rishton train station, the Rishton Arms is a prominent stand alone building with great curb appeal. A central bar serves the front seating areas of the pub, along with the sports room at the rear. There is seating throughout and the trading areas have been well maintained. To the left of the trading area there is a raised floor, which can be used as seating or entertainment space. The sports room at the rear of the bar contains a pool table and darts board. A small prep room could be used to introduce a snack menu. To the front of the building there is outside space for benches during the warmer months and there is a car park at the rear. Living accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, large lounge. kitchen and bathroom. It has been well maintained throughout.

The Rishton  Arms is a community pub which has a regular local trade of all ages. Live entertainment is held on either a Saturday or Sunday night. Pool, darts and football teams use the pub regularly and it also hosts functions throughout the year. Both Sky & BT Sports are shown. During the football season the pub is very popular at the weekend. Current opening hours are Monday – Thursday 5pm-12am, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 11am- 1am and Sunday 12noon until 12am.
