Located in the Lancashire village of Hoddlesden, The Ranken Arms is a prominent listed building with excellent curb appeal. On entering the property there is a large central bar, surrounded by various seating areas which are used for drinking and dining. To the left of the bar there is a pool table and darts board which are used regularly. High standards have been maintained throughout all trading areas. There is a fully equipped catering kitchen, beer garden with smoking shelter and parking to both the front and rear. Living accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, w/c and an office/storage room.
Trade at the Ranken comes from the local villages and towns. Food is very popular and offers such as Steak night on Thursday, Fish and Chips on Friday and BBQ’s in the summer bring an uplift in trade. There is currently a darts team on Thursday, Pool team on Sunday and Sky Sports & BT Sports have been offered in the past. Live entertainment is held twice a month and the pub supports any local community events throughout the year.
