The New Inn sits just off the main A56 running through Foulridge, a small village near to Colne. The pub is a freestanding building with a pleasant outside area suitable for summer dining. The pub is focused towards the local community having both drinking and dining separate areas. The bar area/lounge is suited for diners and there is a games/pool room situated behind the bar. There is a small commercial kitchen which has supported a traditional home cooked pub menu. This is a cosy and welcoming village pub, popular with drinkers and diners alike. A log burner makes the pub increasingly attractive in the winter months. The living accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, lounge, office, bathroom and kitchen.
The pub has been very popular for its food offer, which is home cooked classics. Customers visit from outside the village for food but there is also a strong wet trade. The outside area is a popular area to catch the sun in times of warmer weather and enjoy a drink. Foulridge attracts a number of walkers, especially the canal walk, and the pub is a well located stopping point for a meal or drink. Sky Sports is offered and is very popular with customers and the local pool team play regularly at the pub. There is also a quiz night once a month.
