The Grapes is a large prominent building located in the centre of Blackburn, just a short walk from King Georges Hall. Recently refurbished externally and internally, there are various seating areas throughout, including cosy booths by the bar area, a stage for entertainment and a pool table. There is a large bar area running along the back wall and a catering kitchen/prep area. Living accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and office.
Trade at the Grapes comes from regular drinkers during the week, who live locally. On Fridays and Saturdays there is a combination of live entertainment, Karaoke and a DJ. Both Sky and BT Sports are shown and have proved popular with customers. Cask ales have been introduced and are well received.

Our one day introduction day to Thwaites and key support people.
The TLC day is for experienced operators who have held a recent tenancy with a pub company or brewery.
