The Hare and Hounds benefits from a prominent location on the main road leading into Todmorden centre. With ample parking it is a popular venue for drinkers and diners. The pub is a large interior space which was refurbished in recent years and has been maintained to a very high standard. There is a large bar with a mixture of seating styles made welcoming by a real fire. To the left of the bar there is a spacious lounge / dining area also suitable for functions.

There is a pleasant cobbled seating area to the front of the pub which is divided from the car park by a low wall. Located behind the pub there is additional seating with a children’s play area.

Trade at the Hare and Hounds is an equal mix of drinks and food sales. The pub is well suited to a mixed demographic of young and older clientele, families, couples and sole customers stopping by for a meal or a drink.

The area demands good value for money and the pub current runs offers such as buy one get one free pizza night and discounted platters. The Sunday lunch menu is very popular.

Thwaites are seeking a tenant who has food experience and the ability to run a kitchen. We are looking to partner with someone who is keen to get involved in the local community and make the pub a part of it.
