There is potential for kitchen equipment to be added to the current prep room. Upstairs there is a large function room which has it’s own bar and toilet facilities. The living accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms (one is currently used as an office), lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and W/C. It can be accessed via a private entrance.
