Situated in the market town of Garstang, The Crown has a beautiful central location on the main high street.  Refurbished throughout in 2017, high standards have been maintained. The Crown is Cask Marque accredited, mentioned in the Good Beer Guide and recently awarded a 5 star hygiene rating. Internally the central bar is surrounded by a large open plan area, used for drinking and dining. A darts board and pool table are located within the main trading area, both are used regularly. There is a good sized, fully equipped catering kitchen, a beer garden at the rear along with a car park and bowling green. The living accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, office, bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

Trade at The Crown is consistent and is a mixture of regulars, locals from the villages and towns, along with tourists from the local caravan sites and surrounding areas. Offering a fresh, home-cooked menu, food at The Crown is very popular and has potential to increase. Food offers such as Pizza & Pint on Mondays, Burger and Pint on Tuesdays and Sunday Roasts prove popular with customers. There are currently 2 pool teams and 2 poker clubs with the chance to also offer a darts team. The bowling club is at the rear, the pub has a great relationship with the committee and they use the pub regularly for meetings, annual dinners and parties. Sky Sports & BT are shown. Every Saturday there is live entertainment, along with festivals and events throughout the year such as Scarecrow festival, Victorian Christmas Markets and Childrens Festival. Current opening hours are Sunday – Thursday 12pm-12am, Friday and Saturday 12pm-1am. Food service hours are currently Monday – Sunday 12pm-7pm.
